The Opportunity

We are looking for a Director of First Impressions to be the welcoming face of our office.

This person is often the first person our clients, visitors, and associates see when they walk through the door, so creating a warm, professional, and positive experience is an important part of this role. But this position is about much more than sitting at a front desk or answering phones.

The Director of First Impressions will play an important role in supporting the day-to-day flow of the office, assisting our associates and clients, helping to keep office responsibilities on track, and stepping in wherever needed to help create a smooth and positive environment.

We are looking for someone who is proactive, dependable, positive, and able to learn quickly. The right person will be comfortable working independently, figuring things out, staying ahead of daily responsibilities, and working with a wide variety of personalities.

What You'll Do

Welcome clients, visitors, and associates and help create a warm and professional first impression
Answer incoming calls and assist callers or direct them to the appropriate person
Help maintain the day-to-day flow and appearance of the office
Stay on top of daily office responsibilities and take initiative to address needs before they become problems
Assist our real estate associates with questions, resources, and general office support
Provide excellent service to clients and visitors while helping connect them with the appropriate resources or team members
Help coordinate office activities, meetings, events, and other day-to-day needs
Assist with communication and information sharing throughout the office
Work with multiple social media platforms and assist with keeping our online presence active and engaging
Learn new systems, technology, and processes as needed
Jump in and help wherever necessary to support the overall success of the office

Previous office, customer service, real estate, marketing, or social media experience is helpful, but we are most interested in finding someone with the right attitude, personality, and willingness to learn.
