Regional Clinical Lead Registered Nurse (RN)

Pay: $40.00–$45.00 per hour

Employment Type: Full-Time

Work Location: Field and Office-Based

Assigned Territory: Middle Georgia through Metro Atlanta and surrounding Georgia communities

Preferred Home Base: Candidates residing along or near the I-75 corridor are strongly preferred.

Modani Care is a licensed Georgia home care agency providing home-based services through Georgia Medicaid waiver programs, pediatric nursing, Veterans Affairs (VA), long-term care insurance, and private pay. Our nurses help clients remain safely in their homes and support quality care across their assigned region.

As a Regional Clinical Lead RN, you'll provide clinical oversight and direct nursing care while serving as the clinical leader for your assigned territory. You'll enjoy the independence of working in the field, the satisfaction of building lasting relationships with clients, and the opportunity to mentor LPNs while helping maintain exceptional clinical standards.

This position is ideal for an experienced RN who enjoys working independently, takes ownership of their responsibilities, and wants to make a meaningful difference in the lives of clients and families.

What You'll Do

As the Regional Clinical Lead RN, you will:

Complete admissions, annual assessments, and resumptions of care (ROC)
Perform supervisory visits in accordance with agency policy and Georgia regulations
Provide skilled nursing visits as ordered by the physician
Serve as the clinical resource and mentor for LPNs and caregivers within your assigned region
Manage an assigned regional caseload while ensuring required visits are completed within regulatory timeframes
Complete timely, accurate, and compliant clinical documentation
Review documentation for quality, accuracy, and regulatory compliance
Communicate significant changes in condition, physician notifications, incidents, and client concerns
Collaborate with scheduling and office staff to coordinate efficient client care
Help maintain survey readiness and clinical excellence throughout your assigned territory

Qualifications

Active, unrestricted Georgia Registered Nurse (RN) license
Two or more years of nursing experience required
Experience in home care, skilled nursing, hospice, pediatric nursing, case management, community-based nursing, or other related clinical settings is preferred.
Current CPR certification
Current TB screening or test
Valid Georgia driver's license
Reliable transportation with current automobile insurance
Strong assessment, communication, documentation, organizational, and critical thinking skills
Ability to work independently while managing a regional field schedule

Compensation & Benefits

$40.00–$45.00 per hour, based on experience
Full-time (40 hours per week)
