Texas
You earned your broker's license. What if you could build something worth owning without having to build everything yourself?
Omada is expanding into Texas, beginning in Corpus Christi, and we're looking for an entrepreneurial Texas-licensed real estate broker who wants more than another managing-broker position.
We're looking for a partner and leader who wants to build a productive real estate business.
There is no large franchise fee and no big buy-in.
You bring the brokerage experience, leadership and local market knowledge.
We bring the leads, technology, systems, coaching, training and growth platform.
We Don't Just Help You Recruit Agents. We Help You Build Producing Agents.
A brokerage doesn't become successful by collecting licenses.
Agents need to close deals.
That's a major difference in the Omada model.
We provide company-generated lead opportunities, including programs such as Zillow Flex where available, along with additional buyer and seller lead-generation channels as markets develop.
The broker can personally work and convert company lead opportunities, creating an opportunity to generate personal production while building the office.
As you recruit agents, those agents can receive lead opportunities as well.
Then we provide the technology, training, coaching and systems designed to help turn those opportunities into closings.
The model creates a powerful flywheel:
More opportunities → More producing agents → More closings → Stronger local reputation → Easier recruiting → More productive agents → A stronger brokerage.
We don't want hundreds of agents who never transact.
We want to help you build an office full of agents who produce.
Omada Means Team
Omada means “team,” and that's how we operate—even across state lines.
You lead your local market, but you don't build alone.
Our brokers work together, share what's working and help each other solve the real challenges that come with building a brokerage.
We hold weekly broker coaching focused on helping our brokers grow as leaders and business owners.
Topics include:
- Recruiting and retaining productive agents
- Lead conversion
- Agent coaching and accountability
- Increasing agent production
- Brokerage profitability
- Leadership and culture
- Systems and leverage
- Solving real operational challenges
As Omada expands, we want the lessons learned in one market to make every other Omada market stronger.
Local leadership. One company. One team.
Build Your Business Without Rebuilding the Brokerage
Starting your own brokerage normally means assembling everything yourself:
Technology. CRM. Compliance. Training. Recruiting. Lead generation. Marketing. Insurance. Vendors. Systems. Coaching. Administrative processes.
We've already built much of that infrastructure.
Our goal is to give the right broker a turnkey operating platform that allows them to concentrate on the things that actually grow the business:
Leadership. Recruiting. Agent development. Production.
Where Texas regulations, insurance requirements and our final brokerage structure allow, we also intend to leverage shared statewide infrastructure and costs rather than forcing every market to recreate and pay for the same systems independently.
A Recruiting Model Agents Can Actually Get Excited About
Omada is a low-fee, small-cap brokerage designed around helping agents build profitable businesses—not nickel-and-diming them.
Our agent value proposition can include:
- Company lead opportunities
- Zillow Flex opportunities where available
- Industry-leading CRM and technology
- Training and coaching
- Mentorship
- Revenue-sharing opportunities
- Listing and marketing support
- Agent websites
- Database marketing
- Photography
- Sign installation
- Zillow Showcase where available
- Additional à la carte business services
That gives our brokers something meaningful to recruit with.
We're not asking agents to pay us more. We're trying to help them produce more.
More Than Commission Income
We believe the people who help build Omada should have opportunities to participate in the value they help create.
Our model includes revenue-sharing opportunities tied to organizational growth, including a long-term legacy opportunity designed to reward qualified participants as the organization expands.
We're also building an ecosystem of optional services around the real estate transaction and the agent's business.
Where legally permitted and properly structured, participating brokers and agents may have opportunities to share in revenue or profits generated through portions of that ecosystem.
All such programs are subject to applicable federal and state laws, licensing requirements and compliance policies. We do not pay compensation for referrals where prohibited by law.
Who We're Looking For
You may be a great fit if you're a Texas broker who:
- Wants to build a brokerage business worth owning.
- Wants agents who produce, not just agents whose licenses hang on the wall.
- Wants access to leads while building the business.
- Enjoys recruiting, coaching and developing agents.
- Wants ownership-level opportunity without a large traditional franchise buy-in.
- Already owns a small brokerage but is tired of carrying all the overhead and building every system alone.
- Is frustrated with the limitations of your current brokerage.
- Has considered starting your own brokerage but doesn't want to reinvent everything from scratch.
- Wants better technology, systems, coaching and leverage.
- Is considering retirement or succession and wants to explore whether the right partnership could provide a path forward.
- Wants to participate in the growth of something bigger while still leading locally.
Why Corpus Christi?
Corpus Christi is where we're beginning this search, but our vision is much larger.
We're building an Omada Texas footprint, and the right broker could have an opportunity to grow along with the company as additional Texas markets open.
We care more about finding the right broker partner than simply filling another brokerage position.
About Omada
Omada has grown organically into one of Utah's fastest-growing brokerages.
Our philosophy is simple:
Empower brokers to better serve their agents.Help agents close more deals.Give the people who help build the company an opportunity to participate in its growth.
You don't need to spend years building the infrastructure alone.
You bring the license, leadership and ambition.
We bring the leads, technology, systems, coaching and team.
Let's build Omada Texas together.
Apply through Indeed and tell us about your brokerage experience, the Texas market you know, and what you would build if you had the leads, systems and support behind you.
Final responsibilities, compensation, ownership or participation opportunities, revenue-sharing programs, lead programs, insurance arrangements, geographic scope and Texas brokerage structure will depend on applicable law, regulatory and insurance requirements, compliance review, program availability and mutually agreed terms.
