YOUR DAY AS A PATIENT ACCESS REPRESENTATIVE

As a new Patient Access Representative at Southwest Health System, Inc., you can expect an engaging and dynamic daily routine. Your primary responsibilities will include greeting patients warmly, verifying insurance information, and managing patient registrations efficiently. You will also assist in scheduling appointments and providing essential information about services, ensuring a seamless experience for all.

Your schedule will vary, covering Days, Evenings, and Night Shifts, allowing you to adapt your work hours to fit your lifestyle.
