Direct Care Worker

Hammond, LA

Pay: $10.50 per hour - $13.50 per hour

Various FT and PT shifts

We are currently seeking compassionate individuals to join our team as Direct Care Workers. Multiple positions are available, offering flexibility in shifts, including days, evenings, nights, and weekends.

General Caregiver Responsibilities:

Personal Care: Assist with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
Companionship: Provide emotional support, engage in conversation, and participate in social activities.
Transportation: Accompany the individual to appointments, errands, and social events.
Household Tasks: Assist with light housekeeping chores, such as meal preparation, laundry, and grocery shopping.
Additional Duties: Other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

Must be at least 18 years old,
Must have a clear driving record,
Must be a licensed driver (Required),
Must have transportation to and for work (Required),
Must have a clear criminal background,
Must pass a drug screen.

License/Certification:

Driver's License (Required)

8 hour shift
12 hour shift
Flex shifts
Monday to Friday
7 days on / 7 days off
