We are seeking a dynamic and friendly Front Desk Agent to join our team! In this vital role, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable check-in and check-out process. Your energetic approach and excellent customer service skills will help create a positive experience that keeps guests coming back. The ideal candidate is organized, tech-savvy, bilingual (if applicable), and passionate about delivering outstanding support in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Greet guests warmly upon arrival, providing exceptional customer service with a positive attitude
Manage multi-line phone systems efficiently, handling inquiries, reservations, and guest requests with professionalism
Check guests in and out accurately using property management software, ensuring all details are correct
Maintain office organization through data entry, filing, proofreading, and managing correspondence
Support office management tasks such as calendar management, appointment scheduling, and document preparation
Handle guest concerns promptly and courteously, offering solutions to enhance their stay
Assist with clerical duties including typing reports, managing customer support inquiries, and maintaining records
