Full Job Description

Shift 1 (United States of America)

Essential/Key Functions:

Read and comprehend instructions and follow established procedures
Correspond with customers as needed
Maintain proper records of all forms of transactions relating to the company’s operations
Provides technical assistance to customers and/ or customer care
Prepares reports as needed
Initiates purchase orders and amendments for parts, services and/or special tools; arranges for submission and inspection of sample products as required;
Performs the functions of a CSR to include initiating and following up with to sell or resolve problems, answer questions and correspondence, and complete reports.
Prepares, processes, reviews and monitors various documents such as purchase orders and other documents.
Contacts current and prospective customers to sell and explain products, perform account rounding and solicit new business within the market area.
Prepares and presents proposals and quotes and recommends products based on customer needs.
Assists customers and arranges payment terms in accordance with established guidelines.
Performs in a manner that will prevent errors and omissions.
Creates and maintains computer files for follow-up action.
Provides advisory support and assistance to the department supervisor as needed.
Participate in activities needed to support the management functions of the team.
Follow all safety guidelines and operate in a safe manner
Physical presence on the job is essential and necessary including weekends and holidays if deemed necessary by the company
Other duties as assigned by management

Minimum (Required) Qualifications:

Education and Experience

High School diploma is required
Associate Degree preferred
Past call center experience desired
Past inside sales experience preferred

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

Must have a positive attitude
Must be well organized
Must manage time well
Must possess good math skills
Must possess good decision making abilities
Must possess business acumen
Must have good negotiation skills
Must be focused on relationships with inside and outside customers

Ability to prioritize in the face of multiple tasks
