Job Description

A successful Recruitment Consultant focused on candidate and client generation, your day-to-day will be dynamic, rewarding, and growth oriented. You'll:

Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities within the real estate sector
Build and manage a portfolio of clients and candidates, nurturing long-term relationships
Act as a strategic partner to clients, crafting tailored hiring solutions that drive their business forward
Source, screen, and interview top-tier talent using leading recruitment tools and platforms
Guide candidates through the hiring process-from initial contact to offer acceptance
Pitch proposals and negotiate commercial terms with confidence and professionalism
Collaborate with your team to meet transparent performance goals and unlock career progression

The Successful Applicant

A successful Recruitment Consultant should have:

Experience in 360 recruitment sales or outbound sales required
Proven experience in prospecting and closing deals, required
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with clients and candidates.
A results-driven mindset with the ability to meet and exceed targets.
A competitive spirit and a track record of exceeding targets
The ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
