Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Construction Laborer to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist in various construction tasks, contributing to the successful completion of projects while ensuring safety and efficiency on the job site. This role requires physical stamina, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.

Duties

Perform general labor tasks including digging, lifting, and carrying materials.
Assist skilled tradespeople in their duties.
Operate hand tools and power tools safely and effectively.
Maintain a clean and organized job site by removing debris and hazardous materials.
Follow safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment for all team members.
Load and unload materials from trucks and other vehicles.

Skills

Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team.
Strong physical stamina and endurance for manual labor tasks.
Basic knowledge of construction methods and tools is preferred but not required.
Good communication skills to interact effectively with team members.
