Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and dynamic professional to join our team in the role of Employee Relations, Patient Relations, and Human Resources. This position offers an exciting opportunity to influence organizational culture and enhance employee engagement. The successful candidate will possess a understanding of strategic HR practices, with a focus on creating an inclusive and compliant work environment. This role is vital in ensuring effective communication, conflict resolution, and workforce development aligned with organizational goals.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement employee relations strategies that promote a positive workplace culture and support organizational objectives.
Oversee benefits administration, HR sourcing, and onboarding processes.
Facilitate conflict management and resolution processes by applying effective communication skills and negotiation techniques.
Ensure compliance with employment & labor law, OSHA regulations, workers' compensation policies, and affirmative action planning requirements.

Skills

Understanding of employment & labor law principles to ensure legal compliance across all HR functions.
Proven experience in change management processes and organizational development initiatives.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively manage conflict resolution and foster positive employee relations.
Familiarity with benefits administration systems such Vensure as for payroll processing and benefits management.
Ability to handle sensitive information discreetly while demonstrating strong experience in HR functions such as data collection and contract management. This role offers an engaging environment where strategic thinking meets operational excellence—ideal for individuals committed to human resources practices while fostering a respectful and productive workplace culture.
