We are a well-known plaintiffs’ law firm in Chattanooga. Because of rapid growth, we have an immediate opening for a litigation paralegal. This position is one of the most important in the office. It involves daily, and constant work, helping attorneys keep their cases well-organized and moving. A love for organization and efficiency is a must. You will also be asked to speak with clients frequently to relay information about their case and schedule important events. It is imperative to know what is going on with every case assigned to you. Positive energy in everything you do is a must.

We are looking for someone with experience in civil litigation. You must be confident enough to get things done without constant instruction and oversight. You will communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and court systems. In this position, you will carry essential responsibilities making sure things get done the right way. This position involves juggling large amounts of paperwork and many assigned tasks daily. If multi-tasking scares you, this is not the right fit.
