Case Manager

Location: Mobile, AL

A well-established law firm in Mobile, Alabama is seeking an experienced and compassionate Case Manager to join its growing legal team. This role is ideal for a highly organized professional who excels at client communication, managing case files, and supporting attorneys throughout the legal process.

Key Responsibilities

Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the life of their cases.
Maintain consistent communication with clients, providing updates and responding to questions.
Manage and organize case files, medical records, and legal documentation.
Coordinate with attorneys, insurance companies, medical providers, and other third parties.
Track case deadlines and ensure all required documentation is received and processed timely.
Assist with gathering evidence, preparing demand packages, and supporting case development.
Schedule appointments, depositions, mediations, and other case-related meetings.
Maintain accurate case notes within the firm's case management system.
Deliver exceptional customer service while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.

Qualifications

Previous experience as a Case Manager, Legal Assistant, or Paralegal in a law firm preferred.
Personal injury law experience is highly preferred.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong organizational and time management abilities.
Ability to manage multiple cases and priorities simultaneously.
Proficient with Microsoft Office and legal case management software.
High level of professionalism, discretion, and attention to detail.
