This is a secretarial position for a lawn care company.

Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Secretarial Assistant to support our team in a slow-medium paced environment. Our ideal candidate has to possess strong communicational skills and the ability to manage various administrative tasks efficiently. This role is essential in ensuring smooth office and team operations and providing exceptional support to our customers.

Duties

Manage and maintain calendars, scheduling appointments and meetings while ensuring optimal time management.
Answer and direct phone calls with professionalism, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette.
Operate phone systems effectively to facilitate communication within the office.
Type documents, reports, and correspondence accurately and promptly.
Assist with personal assistant duties as needed, including travel arrangements and event planning.
Proficiently use document creation, sharing, and collaboration among team members.
Organize files both digitally and physically to ensure easy access to important documents.
Computerize data entry tasks to maintain accurate records and streamline processes.
Conduct quality checks on team groups before, during and after a job in completed at job site.

Skills

Strong calendar management abilities to prioritize tasks effectively.
Excellent phone etiquette for professional communication with clients.
Familiarity with is a plus for managing records.
Typing skills that ensure quick and accurate document preparation.
Exceptional organizational skills to maintain order.
