Avante at Ormond Beach is seeking a Staffing Coordinator to be responsible for ensuring that staffing needs are met in the most cost-efficient manner. Audit time sheets and report overtime to the Director of Nursing

Qualifications:
- Strong communication, organizational and multi-tasking skills
- Excellent administrative, phone and interpersonal skills
- Must be able to demonstrate good judgment, self-control and tact in dealing with
co-workers, staff and residents
- Experience with staffing and preparing work schedules
- Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
- Must be a Certified Nursing Assistant
Education/Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1 year of experience in an administrative or staffing/scheduling capacity
Background Screening Requirement:
This position requires background screening through the Agency for Health Care Administration (AHCA) Care Provider Background Screening Clearinghouse.
