As a Kitchen Manager at First Gold Gaming Resort, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the kitchen operation, food preparation, inventory management, and staff supervision. You will work closely with the Director to ensure the highest quality of food and service for our guests.

We are looking for a Kitchen Manager who has a passion for creating innovative and delicious dishes, as well as strong leadership and communication skills. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in a similar role and a commitment to excellence in all aspects of kitchen management.

Responsibilities:

Lead and manage the kitchen team to ensure a smooth and efficient operation
