Job Description:

We are seeking a versatile and detail-oriented Marketing/E-Commerce Coordinator to join our team. This role is ideal for a proactive individual who enjoys a variety of responsibilities and driving our digital brand presence.

This position offers both remote and in-person options for a collaborator who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys being hands-on with both our products and our marketing strategy. You will work closely with our marketing and purchasing teams to ensure our messaging is accurate, timely, and effective.

Key Responsibilities

E-commerce Management: Add and update product data, images, and descriptions on our web platform to ensure a seamless shopping experience.
Pricing & Data Management: Execute timely pricing updates and ensure data integrity across all product pages.
Content Development: Produce a high volume of engaging content, ranging from creative marketing copy (blogs, social media, email) to technical documentation and detailed product descriptions.
SEO Strategy: Implement on-page SEO best practices (meta tags, keyword integration, and internal linking) to increase organic visibility and search rankings.
Digital Maintenance: Conduct regular audits of the website to fix broken links, update outdated imagery, and improve site flow.

Qualifications & Skills

Experience: Minimum 3–5 year experience in marketing, e-commerce, or a related field is preferred.
Education: Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or business. Equivalent hands-on experience will be considered in lieu of a bachelor's degree.
Technical Skills:
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).
Familiarity with E-commerce platforms (e.g., BigCommerce, Shopify, or Magento) and an understanding of SEO tools.
Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign) or Canva is a plus.
Analytical Mindset: Comfortable working with spreadsheets and large datasets for pricing and inventory updates.
Detail-Oriented: A sharp eye for consistency, grammar, and categorization.
Attributes: A self-starter who can manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
