Full Job Description

Registered Nurse – Aesthetic Injector (Part-Time)
iHydrate Med Spa & Wellness | Mount Prospect, IL

Pay: Starting at $35/hour (pay is determined based on experience), plus revenue-based commission on services performed.

At iHydrate Med Spa & Wellness, we practice aesthetic medicine as healthcare evidence based, patient-centered, and built around long-term results. As a provider owned practice, we bring aesthetics, wellness, and functional medicine together in a collaborative environment where clinical standards set the pace.

We're hiring an experienced Aesthetic Registered Nurse to join us on Thursdays and Fridays. This role suits a nurse who does their best work in a supportive, high-standard practice where patient care always comes first.

What You'll Do

Complete thorough patient assessments and build individualized treatment plans.
Administer neuromodulators (Botox, Jeuveau, Dysport, Xeomin), dermal fillers, and Sculptra with skill and confidence.*Must have experience with this
Start IVs and deliver our full menu of IV vitamin therapies, including NAD+ infusions.
Educate patients on their options, expected outcomes, risks, and aftercare.
Keep accurate, complete documentation and clinical photography.
Support advanced laser and energy-based treatments as needed.
Build lasting patient relationships through sound clinical judgment and recommendations that serve the patient. Developing patient rapport.
Work closely with our founding Nurse Practitioner in a team focused on continued learning and clinical excellence.

What We're Looking For

Active, unrestricted Illinois RN license.
Hands on experience with cosmetic injectables; neuromodulators, dermal fillers, and Sculptra. This is required.
Strong IV therapy skills and the confidence to start IVs independently.
Preffered experience with laser or energy-based devices (Morpheus8, IPL, RF skin tightening, or similar) is highly preferred.
Excellent communication and a patient-first mindset, with a passion for educating rather than pressuring.
Professional, dependable, organized, and motivated to keep growing in aesthetic medicine.
Able to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team.

Compensation & Benefits

Starting at $35/hour, with pay determined by level of experience.
Revenue based commission on services performed.
Paid leave accrued per Illinois/Cook County Paid Leave requirements (1 hour earned for every 40 hours worked).
$1,000 continuing education reimbursement after one year of employment.
Malpractice insurance reimbursement after 12 months (policy obtained by the nurse and reimbursed by iHydrate).
The chance to work alongside an experienced Nurse Practitioner in a provider led practice built around high-quality outcomes.

Schedule

Part-time: Thursdays and Fridays, 1:00–8:00 PM.
