Overview

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Endodontist to join our dynamic dental team. The ideal candidate will possess extensive expertise in root canal therapy and endodontic procedures, with a strong commitment to delivering exceptional patient care. This role offers an opportunity to work within a collaborative practice that values professionalism, continuous learning, and patient satisfaction.

Responsibilities

Perform complex root canal treatments and other endodontic procedures with precision and care.
Diagnose dental conditions accurately through comprehensive patient assessment and medical imaging.
Develop individualized treatment plans aligned with best practices in endodontics and general dentistry.
Collaborate effectively with general dentists, specialists, and support staff to ensure seamless patient care.
Maintain detailed medical records and documentation in compliance with HIPAA and state healthcare regulations.
Uphold strict infection control protocols using aseptic techniques to ensure patient safety.
Educate patients on endodontic procedures, post-treatment care, and oral health maintenance to foster informed decision-making.

Qualifications

Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree from an accredited institution.
Valid state license to practice dentistry with specialized certification or training in endodontics.
Proven experience in performing root canal therapy, dental implants, oral surgery, and related procedures.
Proficiency with dental software such as Epic, Eaglesoft, or Dentrix for medical documentation and scheduling.
Strong knowledge of dental terminology, anatomy, infection control standards, and medical imaging techniques.
Excellent client communication skills with the ability to explain complex procedures clearly and compassionately.
Familiarity with pediatric dentistry, prosthodontics, orthodontics, and general dentistry practices is advantageous.
