Job Type: Full-Time
Pay: Starting at $20.00/hour with a structured advancement plan to $30.00+/hour based on skill development, training, performance, and required professional training.

What You'll Do
- Install solid and engineered hardwood flooring.
- Install nail-down, glue-down, and floating floors.
- Sand and refinish hardwood floors.
- Apply stains, sealers, and premium finishes.
- Repair damaged hardwood flooring.
- Install trim, baseboards, transitions, and finishing details.
- Prepare job sites and protect customer homes.
- Measure, plan layouts, and calculate materials.
- Operate professional flooring tools safely.
- Maintain clean, organized job sites.
- Deliver outstanding craftsmanship and customer service.
- Complete all required company and NWFA training as part of your career development.
Qualifications
Required: Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, ability to travel within approximately one hour of Ann Arbor, ability to lift 75+ pounds, strong work ethic, dependable attendance, positive attitude, willingness to learn, and willingness to complete all required company and NWFA training.
Preferred: Hardwood flooring, construction or finish carpentry experience, power tool experience, sanding and refinishing experience. If you don't have experience but have a great attitude and are eager to learn, we'd still like to hear from you.
