About the Role-

We're looking for a dependable, highly organized, and proactive Office Manager to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys keeping things organized, solving problems, supporting leadership, and helping a business run efficiently every day. As our Office Manager , you'll work directly with leadership while supporting the day-to-day operations of multiple business locations and help leadership to run the business smoothly.

Responsibilities

Oversee daily office operations and ensure administrative tasks are completed efficiently.
Manage company email inboxes, calendars, appointments, and meeting schedules.
Draft, review, and respond to professional emails and business correspondence.
Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and provide excellent customer service.
Assist with recruiting, onboarding, employee documentation, and HR administration.
Support payroll, billing, invoicing, and other administrative processes.
Prepare and maintain reports, spreadsheets, and business documents.
Organize and maintain employee records, company files, and confidential documentation.
Create, update, and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and internal documentation.
Monitor projects, follow up with team members, and help ensure deadlines are met.
Coordinate with vendors, service providers, and internal teams to support daily operations.
Perform other administrative and operational duties as assigned.

Qualifications

2+ years of office administration or office management experience
Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
Detail-oriented, dependable, and able to work independently
HR, payroll, or bookkeeping experience is a plus

Preferred Experience

Experience in any of the following industries is a plus:
Retail
Grocery
Convenience Stores
Food Service
Restaurants
Hospitality
Multi-Location Operations
Franchise Operations

Schedule - Monday to Friday

Day shift
