Job Summary
We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Customer Solutions Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will engage with prospective and existing customers to understand their needs, demonstrate our product offerings, and drive solution sales. Your expertise in warehouse solutions, contract service plans, and forklift safety will enable you to provide tailored solutions that enhance customer operations and foster long-term relationships.

Duties

Conduct product demonstrations and technical presentations to showcase solutions aligned with customer needs
Engage in pre-sales activities by understanding client requirements and proposing suitable products or services
Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategic account plans and technical proposals
Support project management efforts by coordinating technical resources and ensuring timely delivery of solutions
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, product demos, and technical assessments for future reference

Requirements
