Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and organized Front Desk Receptionist to be the welcoming face of our organization. In this vital role, you will manage front desk operations, provide exceptional customer service, and support administrative functions to ensure smooth daily activities. Your energetic approach and attention to detail will help create a positive first impression for visitors, clients, and team members alike. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your office management skills while contributing to a professional and friendly environment.

Responsibilities

Greet visitors and clients warmly, ensuring they feel welcomed and attended to promptly
Answer multi-line phone systems efficiently, directing calls accurately and professionally
Manage appointment scheduling and calendar management using productivity software and Google Workspace tools
Handle data entry tasks with precision, maintaining accurate records and filing systems
Support office management duties such as filing, proofreading documents, and organizing supplies
Provide customer support by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and offering assistance with a positive attitude
Perform clerical tasks including photocopying, faxing, and maintaining organized files to streamline office operations

Skills

Strong computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and familiarity with productivity software
Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills in both English and bilingual capabilities (preferred)
Demonstrated office experience with knowledge of front desk procedures and administrative tasks
Skilled in data entry, proofreading, filing, and managing schedules efficiently
Familiarity with QuickBooks for basic bookkeeping tasks (nice-to-have)
Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment
Technical proficiency in multi-line phone systems, office management tools, and general computer skills
Experience as a medical or dental receptionist or personal assistant is advantageous but not required
Strong time management skills coupled with a professional demeanor for customer service excellence
