Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) - Behavioral Health

As our Assistant Director of Nursing your objectives include:

Infection Control experience is HIGHLY PREFERRED
Sterile and non-sterile physical care equipment monitoring and surveillance
Resident and employee health care education, prevention monitoring and surveillance
Medical records and quality assurance to maintain compliance with Joint Commission, CMS, State and local standards
Monitoring and evaluating resident services and nursing documentation
Prepares employee schedules & assists in resident and staff vaccinations
Works as a floor nurse as needed

Your work schedule: Mon - Fri from 9am-5pm, may require variable hours & weekends as needed. On-call requirement every other week.

Your Qualifications Include:

Registered Nurse graduate of an accredited school of nursing with authorization to practice in Utah
At least 2 years’ experience in nursing management and leadership
Experience in behavioral health/psychiatric nursing field preferred, but not required
