At Northwestern Mutual –Dubuque/Platteville/Manchester, we're committed to helping individuals, families, and businesses achieve financial security. We're seeking someone eager to develop into a practice owner that delivers meaningful impact through financial guidance and support.

In our development program, you’ll start to establish and grow your clientele, crafting tailored insurance and investment strategies to support your clients. Each day you'll start with a development or mentor meeting followed by daily outreach activities and 3-4 meetings with potential clients.

How we help make it happen:

Get Licensed: Start by obtaining your Life and Health Insurance license. In your first year, you’ll also take the Securities Industry Essentials (SIE), Series 6 and Series 63 exams. We’ll help you with the coursework while providing reimbursements for costs and bonuses upon completion.

Mentorship: Get off to a fast start by partnering with in-office mentors who have successfully built their own financial planning practice and can provide guidance and support as you start to develop your own vision and execute your business plan.

Comprehensive Support: Leverage our competitive planning tools, technology, marketing and lead generation resources.

We require:

Legal authorization to work in the US without sponsorship
Willingness to commute and work in our Dubuque, Platteville, and/or Manchester offices
Reliable transportation
Willingness to undergo fingerprinting and background screening
Ability to meet strict deadlines

Pay: $40,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year
