At Eagles Nest, we're looking for someone who genuinely enjoys people and finds real interest in the world of health, wellness, and complementary therapies — someone who wants to be part of a team, not just a workplace. It is our goal that each team member is as happy to come to work as they are to leave work.

Hours: Thursdays & Fridays, 7:30 AM – 2:30 PM, and Saturdays, 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM

What You'll Be Doing

Running the front desk and welcoming clients as they arrive
Interacting with clients and massage therapists throughout the day
Handling laundry and spot cleaning to keep our space fresh and beautiful
Bringing variety and hands-on involvement to every shift

Excellent customer service and computer skills
A genuine interest in health, wellness, and complementary therapies
Comfort and confidence in a busy, people-facing role
Reliability and a cooperative spirit — we're a team that supports each other

Our core values include a cooperative and supportive environment which values and respects everyone's contribution. We're located in a fully renovated 1920's home with muraled ceilings, warm and relaxing décor, and a working fireplace — a pretty special place to spend your workdays.

Pay & Perks

$16.00–$17.00/hr, plus commission on some services
One free 60-minute massage every month
Discounted retail
PTO after one year; sick & safety time per Minnesota requirements during your first year
With six team members covering this position, time off with advance notice is very doable
