As our company continues to grow, we're looking for a dependable, detail-oriented CNC Press Brake Operator to join our manufacturing team. If you enjoy working with precision equipment, producing quality parts, and being part of a team that values craftsmanship, we'd love to meet you.

Our CNC PRESS BRAKE OPERATOR is responsible for forming parts right off of our turret punch. This position plays a key role in the precision fabrication of high-quality aluminum cabinet parts, ensuring they meet exact specifications and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

·Operate CNC PRESS BRAKE to produce aluminum cabinet parts according to drawings and specifications.

· Read and interpret blueprints, setup sheets, and work instructions to ensure accurate part fabrication.

· Adjust machine settings and tooling as needed to maintain consistency and part accuracy.

· Inspect finished parts for dimensional accuracy, quality, and conformance to company standards.

· Perform routine equipment checks and maintenance.

· Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area in accordance with company policies.

· Work efficiently to meet production goals while ensuring product quality.

· Follow all safety procedures and wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE).

What We're Looking For

We're looking for someone who takes pride in producing quality work and enjoys working in a team-oriented manufacturing environment.

Required Qualifications

High school diploma or GED.
Basic math skills.
Experience using basic measuring tools, including tape measures, squares, calipers, and similar hand tools.
Mechanical aptitude.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Preferred Qualifications

1–3 years of CNC manufacturing experience.
Experience operating CNC press brakes.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.

Physical Requirements

Stand for up to 8 hours per shift.
Lift and move materials weighing up to 70 pounds.
Work safely around manufacturing equipment and aluminum materials.
