Now Hiring: Front Desk Representative
Sleep Inn & MainStay Suites – Durango, CO
1260 Escalante Drive, Durango, Colorado 81303

Join our welcoming team at Sleep Inn & MainStay Suites, a locally managed dual-branded hotel where genuine hospitality and personal accountability make all the difference!

We are seeking a Full-Time Front Desk Representative for the following mix of shifts:
Morning Shift: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM
Evening Shift: 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM

NIGHT AUDITOR 11PM-7AM

WEDNESDAYS & THURSDAYS

(Flexibility between shifts is appreciated!)

Responsibilities

Greet guests upon arrival with a warm and friendly demeanor.
Manage check-in and check-out processes efficiently.
Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly.
Maintain accurate records of room availability and reservations.
Operate phone systems, ensuring effective phone etiquette while addressing guest needs.
Comfortable working overnight independently
Ensuring safety of the property on the overnight shift
Assist with night audit duties as required, ensuring financial accuracy.
Provide information about local attractions, services, and hotel amenities.
Collaborate with other hotel departments to enhance guest experiences.
Uphold high standards of cleanliness and organization at the front desk area.

Skills

Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction.
Multilingual abilities are a plus; bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply.
Proficient in operating phone systems and maintaining professional phone etiquette.
Experience in hospitality or hotel management is preferred.
Knowledge of front desk operations and guest relations best practices.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends as needed.
