Full Job Description

The Big Picture

At Ingstrup Garage Doors, our Customer Service Representatives are much more than people who answer the phone. You are often the first person our customers interact with, which means you set the tone for their entire experience with our company.

Our customers call us because they need help. Sometimes they're dealing with a broken garage door and need someone today. Other times they're planning a new door or simply trying to figure out their options. Your job is to listen, understand what they need, communicate clearly, and help get them taken care of.

You'll also play an important role in keeping our technicians productive and our schedules running smoothly. This position is a great fit for someone who enjoys working with people, stays organized in a fast-paced environment, and takes pride in getting things done the right way.

What You'll Be Doing

Your primary responsibilities will include:

Answering incoming calls and providing a great first impression of Ingstrup Garage Doors.
Helping customers understand their options and scheduling the appropriate service.
Responding quickly to new customer inquiries from phone calls, website requests, texts, and emails.
Scheduling and managing customer appointments using ServiceTitan.
Following up with customers on estimates, appointments, and completed work.
Collecting and processing customer payments when needed.
Keeping customers informed and making sure they know what to expect.
Working closely with our dispatchers, technicians, and office team to keep the day running smoothly.
Maintaining accurate customer information and following established company processes.

Customer service, scheduling, inside sales, call center, home service, or ServiceTitan experience is helpful, but we're more interested in finding the right person than checking every box on a résumé.

Compensation & Schedule

Compensation: $40,000–$50,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications, plus performance-based bonus opportunities.

Starting Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM.

As Ingstrup Garage Doors continues to grow, additional schedules and opportunities may become available.

Position: Full-time
