Full Job Description

Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Bar Manager to oversee our bar operations and ensure an exceptional guest experience. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a passion for craft cocktails, and a deep understanding of beverage management. This role involves managing staff, maintaining inventory, and ensuring compliance with food safety regulations while fostering a positive environment for both guests and employees.

Responsibilities

Lead and manage bar staff, including interviewing, hiring, training, and developing team members to enhance their skills and performance.
Oversee daily bar operations to ensure high standards of service, cleanliness, and organization.
Develop and implement training programs for staff on craft cocktail preparation, customer service, and food safety practices.
Maintain inventory levels of infusions, syrups and supplies; order stock as needed while minimizing waste.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in accordance with food safety standards.
Monitor customer satisfaction and address any issues or complaints promptly to maintain a positive atmosphere.
Assist in the development of new cocktail menus and promotions to attract customers.

Qualifications

Proven experience as a Bar Manager or in a similar role.
Excellent interviewing skills with the ability to identify talent that aligns with our company culture.
Experience in training development to foster team growth and enhance service quality.
Passion for innovative and unique cocktails.
Familiarity with food safety regulations and best practices in beverage management.
Strong leadership abilities with excellent communication skills to effectively manage staff and interact with customers.
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
