Title: Assistant Mortgage Processor / Office Admin - Bi-lingual spanish

Location: East Longmeadow, MA
Employment Type: Full-Time, Permanent

Overview
Macken Staffing has partnered with Fairway Mortgage in East Longmeadow, MA to hire a full-time, permanent Assistant Mortgage Processor / Office Admin. This is a great opportunity for someone organized, detail-oriented, and looking to grow within the mortgage industry.

Responsibilities

Assist with mortgage loan processing and borrower documentation
Prepare and maintain loan files for underwriting
Support loan officers with client, underwriter, and vendor communication
Enter and update loan information in Encompass or similar systems
Review credit reports and assist with basic file review
Perform office admin duties including data entry, scheduling, correspondence, and general support
Maintain accurate and confidential records
Help ensure files meet mortgage guidelines and compliance requirements

Qualifications

Bi-lingual spanish a must
Mortgage processing, loan origination, or office admin experience preferred
Knowledge of FNMA, TRID, FHA/VA, conventional loans, TILA, RESPA, and Fair Housing guidelines is a plus
Experience with Encompass or similar loan software preferred
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Good communication, math, and organizational skills
Ability to multitask in a busy office environment

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
