What We Offer

Competitive Pay: $25.00 – $28.00 an hour (based on years of experience)
Weekly Pay
Schedule: M-F, full-time 40 hours

Responsibilities:

Performs facility technical HR functions
Coordinates the onboarding process for all new hires
Coordinates employee benefit applications in accordance with the Integritus guidelines
Prepares and processes weekly payroll
Maintains employee personnel and medical files in accordance with associated regulations
Assures an accurate and updated system of performance evaluation, employee license tracking, employee physicals, and vaccines
Reviews all hired employee records for completeness i.e.: reference checks, employment history, required licenses, CORI checks and any other required paperwork
Maintains tracking system for LOA/FMLA requests and approvals
Coordinates employee satisfaction efforts with facility leadership and home office staff
Understands employees’ rights in accordance with HIPPA and holds all employee information confidential
Other responsibilities as required per job description

Requirements:

High school diploma
Associate degree or level of knowledge with 2-year degree
Prior HR/ Office coordinator experience in a long-term care setting preferred
Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to interact professionally, productively, and respectfully with all levels of staff, management, residents, and the public
