We are only hiring candidates with previous Dental Front Desk experience. Please do not apply if you don't qualify.

Company Overview

Cosmetic and Natural Dentistry is a dedicated dental office that specializes in providing high-quality dental care with a focus on cosmetic and natural treatments. Our mission is to enhance our patients' smiles while ensuring their comfort and satisfaction.

Days are:

Mondays 8AM-5PM.

Tuesdays 10AM-5PM (Optional)

Wednesdays 10AM-5PM (Optional)

Thursdays 8AM-7PM.

Fridays 10AM-5PM (Optional)

Saturdays 8AM-2PM.

Summary

We are seeking a Front Desk Receptionist to join our team at Cosmetic and Natural Dentistry. This role is essential in creating a welcoming environment for our patients and managing the front office operations efficiently. You will play a key role in supporting our mission of delivering exceptional dental care.

Responsibilities

Greet patients warmly and manage the check-in process.
Schedule appointments using dental scheduling software - Dentrix.
Handle patient inquiries and provide information about services.
Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
Assist with medical collections and billing inquiries.
Coordinate communication between patients and dental staff.
Ensure the front office area is organized and welcoming.

Requirements

Proven experience as a dental receptionist.
Strong customer service skills with a friendly demeanor.
Familiarity with health information management practices.
Knowledge of dental scheduling software, Dentrix, is a must.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
