Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized Office Clerk to join our team. In this vital role, you will serve as the backbone of our administrative operations, ensuring smooth daily functions and providing exceptional support to staff and clients alike. Your energetic approach and attention to detail will help foster an efficient, welcoming office environment and operational support . The ideal candidate will possess strong computer skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive attitude to handle a variety of clerical and administrative tasks with enthusiasm. Attention to detail is crucial.

Responsibilities

Manage multi-line phone systems, directing calls with professionalism and courtesy while providing excellent customer service.
Perform data entry tasks accurately using productivity software such as Microsoft Office, spreadsheets, and Word processing tools.
Maintain organized filing systems, both digital and physical, ensuring quick retrieval of documents and records.
Assist with office management duties including calendar management, scheduling appointments, and coordinating meetings.
Support front desk operations by greeting visitors, handling inquiries, and managing client communication efficiently.
Provide general administrative support including typing correspondence, preparing reports, managing office supplies inventory and housekeeping.

Experience

Proven clerical experience in an office environment with a strong emphasis on customer service and administrative duties.
Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) along with strong computer literacy skills.
Experience with data entry, filing systems, and managing spreadsheets to organize information effectively.
Familiarity with automotive terms, parts or services is preferred.
Bi-lingual, Spanish (written and verbal).
Familiarity with multi-line phone systems and professional phone etiquette.
Bilingual abilities are highly valued to assist diverse client needs (Spanish preferred)
Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently while maintaining high productivity levels.

Pay: $16.90 - $20.00 per hour
