About the Role

As a Precision CNC Machinist, you will play a vital role in our expanding tool room, utilizing your technical expertise to drive production quality and operational efficiency. You will be responsible for high-precision machining tasks that directly impact our manufacturing capabilities and overall output excellence.

Responsibilities

Execute complex CNC machining operations and programming to produce high-quality components.
Diagnose and resolve tooling or equipment malfunctions to minimize downtime and ensure consistent performance.
Translate detailed blueprints and technical schematics into precise finished parts.
Operate a diverse array of specialized tool room machinery to support production requirements.
Maintain high standards of organization and autonomy to meet project deadlines effectively.
Collaborate with the engineering team to optimize machining processes and improve manufacturing outcomes.

Qualifications

Required Skills

Proven experience in high-precision CNC machining environments.
Demonstrated proficiency in CNC programming and software operation.
Strong mechanical aptitude with a focus on analytical problem-solving.
Ability to interpret complex technical drawings and blueprints accurately.
Strong sense of urgency and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced setting.

Preferred Skills

Associate degree in Machine Tooling Techniques or a related technical field.
Hands-on experience working with injection molds and related tooling.
Possession of a Journey Worker’s License or equivalent professional certification.
