Full Job Description

Summary

We're hiring a full-time breakfast cook for the morning/day shift. This position is primarily a line cook, but there will be morning prep cook duties as well. Shifts are approximately 6 am - 2 pm.

Responsibilities

Prepare and cook menu items according to standardized recipes and chef instructions.
Set up and stock station with necessary supplies before and during shifts.
Ensure food is cooked, plated, and presented according to restaurant standards.
Monitor food quality and freshness, rotating stock as needed.
Maintain a clean and organized workstation, following proper food handling and sanitation protocols.
Work efficiently under pressure to meet service demands in a timely manner.
Assist in receiving and storing deliveries, ensuring proper inventory management.
Follow all safety guidelines and kitchen procedures to prevent accidents and injuries.
Collaborate with kitchen staff and management to ensure smooth operation of service.

Qualifications

Prior restaurant, cooking or kitchen experience required.
