Full Job Description

Perez Consulting Engineers is looking for a full-time, Entry level Civil Engineering Drafter/Designer. In this position, you will find yourself working in an environment that promotes teamwork, helping with the expansion of your personal knowledge.

The proposed candidate will report immediately to the project engineer or supervisor.

Responsibilities:

Draft/Design using Autodesk Civil 3D to produce sketches, plans, maps, redline markups, survey drawings, As-Builts, and exhibits as requested by the engineer's directions.
3D Modeling using Autodesk Civil 3D.
Perform typical drafting calculations.
Helping with Construction Cost estimates
Making phone calls
Attend meetings (virtual/in person)
Site Visits (when necessary).

Required Qualifications:

Knowledge in Autodesk Civil 3D modeling and drafting.
1+ years’ experience in Civil Engineering Drafting/Designing
Knowledge of Microsoft Office software (Outlook, Excel, Word, Teams).

Preferred Qualifications:

2-year Associate degree or a Certificate in drafting or a relevant field with exposure to Civil 3D.
Bilingual
Strong analytical and computation skills
Texas Drivers License
