Full Job Description

```Duties```

- Plan and coordinate all aspects of events, including budgeting, logistics, and execution.

- Create and manage event timelines, ensuring all tasks are completed on schedule.

- Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and contractors to secure necessary services and equipment.

- Oversee event setup, including arranging seating, decorations, audiovisual equipment, and signage.

- Manage holiday or special event registration and ticketing processes.

- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless coordination of event details.
- Provide exceptional guest services during events, addressing any issues or concerns that may arise.
- Evaluate event success and provide recommendations for improvement.

-facilitate floor manager shifts 2-4 nights weekly. This creates a good repor with staff and knowledge of facility operations.

```Skills```

- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with clients, vendors, and team members.
- Proficient in budgeting and financial management for events.
- Familiarity with contract negotiation and management.
- Ability to handle pressure and troubleshoot issues during events.
- significant Knowledge of banquet or restaurant operations.
- Proven experience in events management or event planning.
