Full Job Description

We are an experienced tax preparation office looking for a for an Enrolled Agent or certified CTEC tax preparer, preferably if experience with the tax program Taxwise and bilingual in Spanish. Looking for a full time position 40 hours per week , we prefer someone with a flexible schedule, during tax season our work load increases substantially. The pay rate ranges from $22.00 to $29.00 per hour with potential for growth. Please contact me at 818-424-1622 (Randall). Would prefer at least 3 years of tax preparation experience. We use Taxwise and quickbooks mainly in our office .

Job Description:

Prepare personal, business, corporate tax returns

Quickbooks bookkeeping and monthly reconciliation

Prepare Sales Tax Reports

Prepare payroll via Quickbooks for companies

Qualifications

At least 3 Years tax preparation experience

Knowledge with quickbooks

CTEC certified

Bilingual in Spanish preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $22.00 - $29.00 per hour
