Sea Results is a locally owned marine repair company specializing in marine air conditioning, refrigeration, electrical, plumbing, mechanical repairs, and restoration. We're a growing, family-oriented company that takes pride in doing quality work and treating our customers well. We value honesty, teamwork, and a willingness to jump in and help wherever needed.

We're looking for someone who enjoys staying organized, helping people, and learning new skills. This position is perfect for someone who likes variety—every day is a little different.

What You'll Do

Your day may include:

Answering phones and assisting customers
Scheduling appointments
Greeting customers in the office
Organizing paperwork and digital files
Data entry and office organization
Assisting with invoices and administrative tasks
Ordering office supplies
Receiving and organizing deliveries
Updating spreadsheets and customer information
Assisting with social media posts
Creating simple graphics in Canva
Uploading photos and updates to our website
Helping with marketing projects and company growth initiatives
Assisting with a variety of office and marketing tasks to help keep the business running smoothly

What We're Looking For

Required Qualifications

Excellent oral and written communication skills
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
Friendly, professional, and dependable
Comfortable using computers and learning new software

Preferred Experience (Not Required)

Experience with any of the following is a plus, but we're happy to train the right person:

Administrative or office experience
Customer service experience
QuickBooks or bookkeeping experience
Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace
Canva or other graphic design software
Social media management
Basic website editing or content management
