Eldorado Rehab & Healthcare is seeking compassionate and dependable Registered Nurses (RNs) and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our team on a PRN basis. Whether you're looking to pick up extra shifts, supplement your current schedule, or enjoy greater flexibility, we offer opportunities to make a meaningful difference while working alongside a supportive nursing team.

As our census continues to grow, we're looking for nurses who are committed to providing exceptional resident-centered care whenever they're needed most.

Available Shifts

PRN Days: 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM
PRN Nights: 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM

Compensation

Registered Nurse (RN)

$32.00–$34.00 per hour (based on experience)
+$3.00/hour Night Shift Differential
+$2.00/hour Weekend Differential
+$0.10/hour for each year of verified experience, up to 20 years

Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

$28.00–$30.00 per hour (based on experience)
+$3.00/hour Night Shift Differential
+$2.00/hour Weekend Differential
+$0.10/hour for each year of verified experience, up to 20 years

Responsibilities

Provide high-quality nursing care according to individualized care plans
Assess residents and report changes in condition
Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately
Communicate effectively with physicians and the interdisciplinary care team
Supervise and support Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs)
Maintain accurate documentation and regulatory compliance
Promote a safe, respectful, and compassionate environment

Qualifications

Current Illinois Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license
Strong clinical assessment and critical-thinking skills
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
Compassionate, dependable, and resident-focused
Long-term care experience preferred but not required
