Elite Roofing Experts is looking for a driven, experienced, and bilingual Roofing Sales Specialist to join our growing team in Louisville, Kentucky, and Southern Indiana area.

The ideal candidate is a self-motivated sales professional who enjoys building relationships, generating new business, assisting homeowners, and closing roofing projects. Candidates must be able to communicate professionally in both English and Spanish.

This position is ideal for someone with roofing, construction, exterior home improvement, or outside sales experience who wants to grow with a company that values quality, integrity, professionalism, and long-term success.

Responsibilities

Generate leads through networking, referrals, community events, door-to-door prospecting, and other sales activities.
Meet with homeowners to perform roof inspections and consultations.
Clearly explain roofing solutions in English and Spanish.
Prepare and present professional estimates and proposals.
Guide customers through the entire sales process, from the initial appointment through project completion.
Follow up with potential and existing customers to build long-term relationships.
Manage appointments, inspections, customer information, and sales activities using the company’s CRM system.
Coordinate with the office and production teams to help ensure a smooth customer experience.
Primarily sell residential roofing services, with opportunities to assist with commercial projects based on experience.

Qualifications

Bilingual in English and Spanish is required.
Previous roofing sales experience is highly preferred.
Proven experience in outside sales, construction sales, home improvement, or a related industry is preferred.
Ability to generate leads and work independently.
Strong communication, negotiation, organization, and customer service skills.
Professional, dependable, goal-oriented, and motivated to close sales.
Comfortable meeting with homeowners and conducting property inspections.
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are required.
Experience in roofing, construction, exterior home services, insurance restoration, or related trades is a plus.
Basic ability to use a smartphone, email, CRM software, and digital estimating tools.

Territory

Based in the Louisville, Kentucky, and Southern Indiana area.
Travel within approximately a 50-mile radius of Louisville.
Most appointments are located within approximately 30 minutes of the office.

Compensation

Paid training of $400 per week for up to eight weeks, or commission if commission earnings exceed the training pay.
8% commission on company-provided leads.
12% commission on self-generated leads.
Monthly, quarterly, and yearly bonus opportunities based on performance.
Uncapped earning potential for high-performing sales representatives.
Company vehicle may become available after established sales performance benchmarks are met.
Estimated annual earning potential: $100,000–$120,000, depending on sales performance and commissions.

Schedule

Monday through Friday: 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
Some evening appointments may be necessary based on customer availability.
Saturday appointments are optional.
No Sunday work.
Flexible scheduling may be available depending on appointments and performance.
