What You'll Do as Our Equipment Sales Representative

Build relationships with contractors, commercial businesses, and industrial customers to understand their needs and recommend the right equipment solutions.
Generate new business opportunities through proactive outreach, networking, referrals, and industry connections while strengthening long-term customer relationships.
Respond to customer inquiries, prepare equipment quotes, and confidently guide customers through the sales process from initial conversation to final purchase.
Educate customers on Swirly Surface Cleaners and other commercial and industrial cleaning equipment, helping them make informed purchasing decisions.
Manage ongoing follow-up with prospective customers throughout longer sales cycles, becoming a trusted resource they can rely on when they're ready to buy.
Maintain organized records of customer interactions, quotes, and sales activities while helping us continually improve our sales processes.
Represent VPW Enterprises at industry trade shows and customer events, building new relationships and expanding our presence in the commercial cleaning equipment market.

Self-Motivated: You take initiative, manage your time effectively, and stay committed to consistent follow-up throughout longer sales cycles.
Experienced: You have at least one year of B2B sales experience, preferably selling equipment, industrial, construction, agricultural, or other high-value technical products, and you're comfortable guiding customers through significant purchasing decisions.
Tech-Savvy: You are comfortable using email, spreadsheets, and a CRM database to stay organized and provide an outstanding customer experience.
Values-Driven: You value honesty, integrity, respect, and serving others while contributing to a family-owned company where Christian values help guide how we treat our customers, employees, and community.

Competitive Compensation: $80,000-$85,000 (base salary plus commission).
