We are looking for an Assistant Project Manager to support residential and commercial projects through coordination, scheduling, documentation, communication, and day-to-day project support. This role works closely with Project Managers, field teams, subcontractors, vendors, and clients to help projects stay organized, efficient, and on track from start to finish.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Assist the Project Manager with project planning, implementation, coordination, and documentation management
- Support project scheduling, material procurement, subcontractor coordination, and workflow organization
- Assist with reviewing, drafting, and coordinating client contracts and subcontractor agreements
- Coordinate with field staff, subcontractors, vendors, and leadership teams to support successful project execution
- Monitor project progress and communicate delays, conflicts, scope concerns, or scheduling issues promptly
- Support field coordination, project updates, photo documentation, punch lists, and project closeout activities
- Maintain organized project files, logs, communication records, schedules, reports, and documentation within ACC, Dropbox, Foundations, and related systems
- Assist with preparing invoices, estimates, meeting coordination, schedules, and administrative project tasks
- Review project documentation, schedules, and implementation details for accuracy and completeness
- Help ensure projects remain aligned with scope, schedules, budgets, and operational expectations
- Assist with assigning and coordinating project tasks and workflow support for field teams as needed
- Identify missing information, discrepancies, or project concerns early and communicate them clearly
- Maintain a strong working knowledge of residential and commercial construction processes and coordination standards
- Report mistakes or issues immediately so the team can improve together
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional work environment
- Follow all company safety expectations, OSHA requirements, and project safety protocols

What We’re Looking For
- 1–3+ years of construction coordination, assistant project management, or related experience
- Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills
- Experience working with schedules, project documentation, subcontractors, or field coordination preferred
- Familiarity with ACC, Microsoft Office, Dropbox, Foundations, or similar software platforms
- Basic understanding of residential and commercial construction processes
- Able to work independently while supporting a larger project team
- Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn and grow
