Overview
Join our dynamic hospitality team as an Assistant Front Office Manager, where your energy and leadership will elevate guest experiences and streamline front desk operations. In this vital role, you will oversee daily front office activities, ensure exceptional guest services, and support the front desk team in delivering seamless hospitality. Your expertise in hotel management and customer relations will help create a welcoming environment that keeps guests returning time and again. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your leadership skills within a vibrant resort or hotel setting.

Duties

Assist the Front Office Manager in supervising front desk operations, including check-in/check-out procedures and guest inquiries
Lead the guest services team to deliver outstanding hospitality, ensuring all guests feel valued and cared for
Manage multi-line phone systems with professionalism, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette and Bilingual communication skills when necessary
Oversee night audit processes to reconcile daily financial transactions accurately and efficiently
Support guest relations by resolving issues promptly, maintaining high standards of service quality
Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to ensure smooth daily operations
Train and mentor front desk staff on hospitality best practices, hotel policies, and guest engagement strategies

Experience

Proven experience in hotel management or front desk operations within a resort or hotel environment
Strong background in hospitality management, customer service, and guest relations
Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable to enhance guest interactions
Familiarity with night audit procedures and multi-line phone systems is preferred
Demonstrated ability to handle high-pressure situations with professionalism and tact
Excellent communication skills, including phone etiquette and interpersonal skills
Prior experience working in a fast-paced hospitality setting with a focus on guest satisfaction
