Job Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills and a commitment to providing exceptional support in a fast-paced office environment. This role involves managing various administrative tasks, ensuring smooth office operations, and delivering outstanding customer service.

Responsibilities

Provide front desk support, greeting visitors and managing inquiries with professionalism.
Handle multi-line phone systems, ensuring effective communication and phone etiquette.
Assist with calendar management, scheduling appointments, and coordinating meetings.
Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently, maintaining organized records.
Manage filing systems and ensure documents are easily accessible.
Utilize Microsoft Office for document creation and spreadsheet management.
Support bookkeeping tasks as needed, including basic accounting functions in QuickBooks.
Proofread documents for accuracy and clarity before distribution.
Provide customer support by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
Collaborate with management to enhance office management processes and improve workflow efficiency.

Qualifications

Previous administrative experience is required; experience as in manufacturing office practices is preferred,
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) applications.
Strong computer literacy with the ability to learn new software quickly; familiarity with QuickBooks is preferred.
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
Strong typing skills with a focus on accuracy in data entry tasks.
Demonstrated customer service experience with a friendly demeanor and professional attitude.
Effective time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently in a busy environment.
