Spa Manager

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Spa Manager to lead the daily operations of a luxury boutique spa within an elegant hotel in Naples, Florida.

This is an exciting opportunity to join an established, award-winning holistic skincare and wellness brand known for exceptional treatments, personalized care, and a distinctive approach to well-being.

The Spa Manager is a hands-on leadership position responsible for the overall performance of the spa, bringing together gracious hospitality, team leadership, operational excellence, and strong business acumen. The ideal candidate understands both the art of exceptional hospitality and the business of operating a successful luxury spa.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and inspire the spa team while maintaining exceptional standards of service, professionalism, and care
Oversee daily spa operations, scheduling, service flow, and overall presentation of the spa
Drive treatment and retail performance while working toward established revenue goals
Monitor key performance indicators including sales, rebooking, client retention, provider productivity, and utilization
Partner with company leadership to review financial performance, reporting, labor, expenses, and opportunities for continued growth
Manage inventory, purchasing, and operational procedures
Optimize scheduling and provider productivity while preserving an unhurried and exceptional guest experience
Cultivate lasting client relationships and identify thoughtful opportunities to grow clientele, referrals, and local awareness
Support the team through ongoing communication, coaching, and accountability

Qualifications

3+ years of management experience within spa, wellness, luxury hospitality, beauty, retail, or a comparable service environment
Spa management experience strongly preferred
Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and decision-making skills
Proven ability to drive revenue and understand the financial performance of a service-based business
Strong working knowledge of spa management systems, reporting, and operational procedures
Understanding of scheduling, productivity, inventory management, client retention, and retail performance
Professional, warm, highly engaged, and detail-oriented
Genuine passion for wellness, hospitality, and exceptional care
