Full Job Description

DPI Staffing has an immediate opening for an Administrative Assistant for our client in Eugene. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, an attention to detail, and exceptional customer service skills. Apply today!

Pay: 20 to 26/hr DOE

Shift: M-F, 8:00am – 5:00pm

Key Responsibilities:

Perform general office duties, including filing, data entry, and document preparation.
Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and other correspondence.
Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
Assist with maintaining office supplies and equipment inventory.
Prepare and process reports, presentations, and other documents.
Support team members with various administrative tasks and projects as needed.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Assisting accounting with reconciling and working direct deposits.

Qualifications and requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent; some college coursework or a degree is a plus.
Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Great Customer service skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Prior office experience required.
