Your job is simple:

Build relationships with customers.
Answer questions.
Help schedule appointments.
Guide customers through the buying process.
Create an outstanding customer experience.

Daily Responsibilities

Contact customers who have submitted online inquiries.
Respond quickly to calls, texts, emails, and internet leads.
Build relationships and earn customer trust.
Schedule appointments with prospective buyers.
Follow up with existing customers.
Maintain accurate customer records in our CRM.
Work closely with our sales and management teams.
Deliver an exceptional experience from the first conversation through the vehicle purchase.
