Growth & Sales Manager – Nordic Clinic

Nordic Clinic is a Scandinavian-inspired private health, wellness, and aesthetics clinic in Woodinville. We have a loyal client base and a strong reputation, but we are now expanding into new services including medical weight loss, hormone health, IV therapy, injectables, advanced aesthetics, regenerative treatments, and private healthcare.

We are looking for an experienced sales and marketing person who can help grow the Nordic brand with the owner as the face of the business.

We need someone who understands client acquisition, lead follow-up, campaigns, partnerships, and sales strategy. The right person will help create momentum, organize opportunities, and make sure every lead, event, campaign, and partnership is properly followed through.

The role does not need to be fully in-office. We care more about results, consistency, and performance. Some in-person time will be needed for team coordination, events, client experience, and understanding the business.

What we need from you:

Drive new client acquisition for Nordic Clinic
Follow up with leads through phone, text, email, and our booking system
Help convert consultations, memberships, packages, and premium services
Create and execute weekly campaigns, flash sales, email campaigns, SMS campaigns, and social media promotions
Support Google Ads, local partnerships, referral programs, and community outreach
Set up the owner for meetings, podcasts, events, collaborations, and brand-building opportunities
Help grow the Nordic brand while keeping the owner positioned as the leader and face of the clinic
Track leads, conversions, campaign results, and revenue performance
Bring ideas, structure, and accountability to our sales and marketing efforts

We are looking for someone with:

Proven experience in sales, marketing, client acquisition, or business growth
Experience in medical aesthetics, wellness, healthcare, luxury services, fitness, hospitality, or high-ticket sales preferred
Strong communication and follow-up skills
A polished, professional presence
Comfort discussing aesthetics, health, wellness, longevity, hormones, weight loss, and premium services
Ability to work independently and produce measurable results
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
A creative but practical mindset

At Nordic, we focus on elevated, medically guided care. We use FDA-regulated medications and treatments through licensed providers and trusted medical partners. Our goal is to build something more personal and higher quality than a traditional med spa — a private healthcare and aesthetics brand centered around trust, results, and long-term client relationships.

Compensation:

$35 per hour
Performance-based commission
