Join our dynamic and compassionate center as a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and make a meaningful difference in the lives of children and individuals with developmental disabilities. As a BCBA, you will lead behavioral intervention programs, conduct comprehensive assessments, and develop tailored treatment plans grounded in applied behavior analysis (ABA). This role offers an exciting opportunity to work in a supportive environment dedicated to fostering growth, independence, and improved quality of life for those we serve. Your expertise will drive positive outcomes through evidence-based practices, data collection, and collaborative team efforts.

Duties

Conduct diagnostic evaluations and functional behavior assessments to identify individual needs and strengths.
Develop, implement, and monitor individualized behavior intervention plans based on ABA principles.
Collect, analyze, and interpret behavioral data to measure progress and adjust interventions accordingly.
Provide training and supervision to behavior technicians and staff on behavioral therapy techniques and data collection methods.
Collaborate with families, caregivers, educators, and healthcare professionals to ensure cohesive support strategies.
Maintain accurate medical documentation, treatment records, and progress notes in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
Facilitate intake assessments for new clients, ensuring thorough understanding of each individual's unique requirements.
Promote patient care by delivering compassionate support during behavioral health interventions and assessments.

Experience

A valid BCBA certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).
Proven experience working with children or individuals with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) or other developmental disabilities.
Strong knowledge of applied behavior analysis (ABA), behavioral therapy techniques, and special education practices.
Experience conducting patient assessments, data collection, and developing evidence-based treatment plans.
Familiarity with medical terminology, medical records management, and documentation standards such as HIPAA compliance.
Ability to perform intake procedures effectively while maintaining a client-centered approach.
Excellent communication skills for collaborating with multidisciplinary teams and families.
